These
are scribble placement drawings done on
paper using the basic scribble and placement
patterns documented in the book Analyzing
Childrens Art by Rhoda Kellog. Ms
Kellog believes scribbles are a record of
seeing and acting of young humans. Picasso
said that he spent his whole life trying
to learn to draw like a child, to zero in
on the unlimited imagination. There is no
right or wrong in childrens art, no
self doubt, hasty evaluation or self criticism.
The more I work and the harder I try the
work done without too many rules is the
most satisfying, albeit hard to get to that
point.
